The forum software contains an active user pruning system. This system monitors every player for activity on the forums. Items such as login intervals, posting intervals and account's status (active, inactive, banned) are monitored and saved.
Inactive users will be removed from the user database automatically if they comply with one of the situations below:
- Have not logged in for 3 months or 90 days;
- Have not activated their account (after password change or did not reply to confirm. mail) within 5 days.
This system is active for all types of accounts, JAG or not. Having said that, it also provides us with an auto remover for inactive JAGs. If they do not log in on the forums within 90 days, their forum account is removed and thereby also their JAG membership. THIS IS ESPECIALLY VERY IMPORTANT FOR OUR MEMBERS WHO ARE ACTIVE BUT DO NOT USE THE FORUM THAT MUCH. If JAG members are removed by the system and they would like to remain a JAG, they have to go through the regular joining procedure (voting session by existant members).
There is no indication about removed accounts and the system cannot be bypassed by admin. Neither will you be informed when your account is about to be removed. The reason behind this removal system is to keep the database clean of spam accounts and inactive people.
